At Spartaco's Kitchen, we offer a slightly different approach than the usual - and sometimes overused - Italian cuisine! Originally from Rimini in the Emilia Romagna region, we strongly believe that Tampa is ready for a more regional & authentic type of Italian food. Blessed by the east with the Adriatic Sea, and by a mere 30-45 minutes of hills & low mountains on the west, all that translates into great seafood like calamari, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, and much more. But also, luckily, with pork, beef, wild boar, venison, and also porcini mushrooms, white & black truffle, great olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc. All, of course, combined with great homemade pasta & sauce! Run by all family members, we will strive to provide original recipes, products, sauces from our area, and vicinity! All together with our touch and an eye for our great followers & well-known customers. We hope to see you soon to explore and experience a slice of Rimini, and the Emilia Romagna region!

Spartaco has been in the business since he was 15 years old back in Rimini. He graduated from Istituto Prof Albergheriero in Rimini Italy.

A school that was and still is famous for making famous Chefs/ Restaurateurs / Maitred's and Servers throughout Europe.

He graduated from a class of top notch professionals that are now owners in Michelin Star Restaurants In Europe and here in the States.

Getting his debut here in the States with his Cousin Caesar Tini one of the original owners of Donatello's. 

The rest is history here in Tampa with Spartaco's Kitchen as his baby now.

Great for private gatherings on closed days, Sunday or Monday. 

Special events and wine dinners are held and always sell out.

We are just now recuperating from being totally destroyed by 2 hurricanes last year.

Everything was destroyed from floors to walls, all equipment.

Thank God we are getting back now..

I handle all of the menus, wine lists, private party menus, social media and work in the restaurant from time to time.
