Everything you want to know about selling on KarmaChic, shopping the marketplace, and how we make money without taking a cut of your sales.
Yes. We do not take a percentage of your sales. Not on the first sale, not on the thousandth. You pay a flat membership, and that is it. The only thing that comes out of a sale is the standard payment processing fee that every platform pays to the card networks. That goes to the processor, not to us.
Zero commission on every sale, with a flat membership you choose:
- Starter: $19 a month, no setup fee (you build your storefront)
- Presence: $39 a month + $99 one-time setup fee
- Spotlight: $79 a month + $99 one-time setup fee
- Center Stage: $149 a month + $99 one-time setup fee (limited spots)
- Nonprofits: free
Presence, Spotlight, and Center Stage can also be paid yearly for 2 months free, with setup included.
Standard payment-processing fees apply. Compare membershipsStarter (no setup fee): You build your storefront using our step-by-step guide, and we review and approve it before you go live.
Done-For-You Setup ($99 one time, included with yearly): We build your storefront for you and add your first 10 products or services. Your part takes about 10 minutes. We also activate your lives and send your KarmaChic welcome kit. You review and approve your page before we launch.
Either way, no developer or tech skills needed.
- Starter: You want your own storefront on the marketplace and are happy to set it up yourself.
- Presence: You want a storefront built for you and a couple of lives a month.
- Spotlight: You want more time in front of buyers, plus a mention in The KarmaChic Weekly and featured app placement (coming soon).
- Center Stage: You would rather we host you. Each month we interview you and run the show, virtual or in person.
A live slot is your time to present whatever you want, up to 30 minutes. Live slots start with Presence, which includes 2 a month. Spotlight and Center Stage include 4. Your lives stream across KarmaChic's social channels, and you can also stream to your own Instagram. Every live saves automatically as a replay you can download and post anywhere. Starter does not include live slots, but you can upgrade anytime when you are ready to go live.
No. Your monthly hosted feature can be virtual, so you join from wherever you are. If you are local, we can do it in person.
Yes. You can upgrade or change your membership anytime from the membership settings in your Brand Partner dashboard. Many Brand Partners start with Starter and move up when they are ready to go live.
No. Nonprofits join KarmaChic free. Just choose the Nonprofit membership when you sign up. You get your own storefront and a spot in our Nonprofits collection, and every nonprofit is reviewed before going live.
Most marketplaces take a cut and leave you to find your own customers. We do the opposite. Every Brand Partner gets discovered through marketplace search, categories, and location. Presence and up add live selling slots that stream across KarmaChic's social channels, plus replays you can post anywhere. Spotlight and Center Stage add The KarmaChic Weekly, hosted features where we interview you and run the show, and featured app placement (coming soon). We don't just give you a listing. We help put you in front of buyers.
Independent product brands (makers, artisans, boutiques), service brands (coaches, photographers, wellness pros, and more), and nonprofits. Every Brand Partner is reviewed before their page goes live, because curation is part of what makes this a marketplace people want to shop.
Yes, and this is the part most platforms keep for themselves. Here, the relationship is yours. Your email list, your customer data, your buyers. Nobody stands between you and the people who love what you make. If you ever leave, you leave with your audience intact.

A real independent business. Every seller on KarmaChic is a vetted Brand Partner, not an anonymous dropshipper. You can read their story, see their storefront, and know exactly whose work you are supporting.
Yes. Because we take no commission, more of what you spend stays with the person who made the thing instead of going to a platform's cut. When you buy from an independent seller, that money circulates back into a real community.
Use the Vendors by Location browser to filter by city and region. You can also browse products, services, and nonprofits.
Yes. Brand Partners go live to show their products and services in real time, and you can shop right from the stream. Catch upcoming lives and replays on our Live Shopping page.
Each Brand Partner runs their own shop, so shipping timelines and return policies are set by the seller and listed on their storefront. If something goes wrong, reach out to us and we will help you sort it out.
Payouts go out weekly, every Friday. Once an item is marked as shipped or a service is marked complete, the money is on its way.
Memberships. That is it. We make money when Brand Partners stay, and they only stay when the platform actually works for them. That alignment is deliberate. A commission model makes money whether or not you succeed. Ours does not.
No free trial, and no long-term contract required. Monthly memberships are month to month, so you stay as long as it is working for you. If you choose a yearly plan, you commit for 12 months and get 2 months free.
Presence, Spotlight, and Center Stage can be paid yearly. You get 12 months for the price of 10, your Done-For-You Setup included, plus a KarmaChic starter kit with live-selling gear and branded merch shipped to your door.
Yearly plans renew each year unless canceled. You can get a full refund within 14 days, before your starter kit ships.
Yes, right from your Brand Partner dashboard. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime with no fees. Yearly plans can be canceled so they don't renew. Either way, you leave with your customer list and your data intact.
Our Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, your rights over that information, and how to exercise them. It is the authoritative document. If anything on this page ever conflicts with it, the policy controls.
We collect contact details, order information, account information, and usage data in order to run the marketplace, process payments, and communicate with you. We work with service providers and marketing partners, and some information is shared with them. The specifics are set out in full in our Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out. Email info@karmachicmp.com to exercise any of them.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
Each Brand Partner runs their own shop and sets their own return and refund policy, listed on their storefront. Review it before you buy. If an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or the seller is unresponsive, email info@karmachicmp.com and we will step in to help sort it out.
Start by contacting the Brand Partner directly through their storefront. Most issues get solved in one message. If you cannot reach them or you cannot reach a fair outcome, email info@karmachicmp.com. We read every one of these and we will work with both sides to resolve it.
KarmaChic is a marketplace. Each Brand Partner is an independent business responsible for their own listings, inventory, fulfillment, and the accuracy of what they publish. We review every listing before it goes live, but the seller is the merchant of record for their products.
