Yes. We do not take a percentage of your sales. Not on the first sale, not on the thousandth. You pay a flat monthly subscription and that is it. The only thing that comes out of a sale is the standard payment processing fee that every platform pays to the card networks. That goes to the processor, not to us.
Listing is free. Selling starts at $29 a month for product brands and service professionals. Resale sellers start lower. Verified nonprofits sell free, always.

Most marketplaces take your money and leave you to find your own customers. We do the opposite. Every Brand Partner gets active marketing from us: featured placement, seasonal campaigns, social spotlights, and video storefronts on the KarmaChic Showroom. We film you, we promote you, and we send people to your shop. That is the whole thesis.

A real independent business. Every seller on KarmaChic is a vetted Brand Partner, not an anonymous dropshipper. You can read their story, see their storefront, and know exactly whose work you are supporting.
Yes. Because we take no commission, more of what you spend stays with the person who made the thing instead of going to a platform's cut. When you buy from an independent seller, that money circulates back into a real community.
Use the Vendors by Location browser to filter by city and region. You can also browse by lane: products, services, resale, and nonprofits.
Each Brand Partner runs their own shop, so shipping timelines and return policies are set by the seller and listed on their storefront. If something goes wrong, reach out to us and we will help you sort it out.
Payouts go out weekly, every Friday. Once an item is marked as shipped or a service is marked complete, the money is on its way.
Subscriptions. That is it. We make money when sellers stay, and sellers only stay when the platform actually works for them. That alignment is deliberate. A commission model makes money whether or not you succeed. Ours does not.
Any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hoops. And you leave with your customer list and your data intact.
Our Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, your rights over that information, and how to exercise them. It is the authoritative document. If anything on this page ever conflicts with it, the policy controls.
We collect contact details, order information, account information, and usage data in order to run the marketplace, process payments, and communicate with you. We work with service providers and marketing partners, and some information is shared with them. The specifics are set out in full in our Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out. Email info@karmachicmp.com to exercise any of them.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
Each Brand Partner runs their own shop and sets their own return and refund policy, listed on their storefront. Review it before you buy. If an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or the seller is unresponsive, email info@karmachicmp.com and we will step in to help sort it out.
Start by contacting the Brand Partner directly through their storefront. Most issues get solved in one message. If you cannot reach them or you cannot reach a fair outcome, email info@karmachicmp.com. We read every one of these and we will work with both sides to resolve it.
KarmaChic is a marketplace. Each Brand Partner is an independent business responsible for their own listings, inventory, fulfillment, and the accuracy of what they publish. We review every listing before it goes live, but the seller is the merchant of record for their products.
