Hi, I’m Maricarmen Perez — born and raised in beautiful Tampa, Florida. I’m a proud wife, mama of two amazing boys, and someone who wears a few meaningful hats. I graduated from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) and spent many years as an elementary school teacher, pouring my heart into helping little minds grow.

Today, I’ve taken that same passion for people and poured it into real estate, entrepreneurship, and building community.
