In 2001, brothers Ziad and Roger Estephan opened Byblos with a simple goal: to share the food they grew up with. Raised in Lebanon, they were inspired by their mother’s home-cooked meals—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. After moving to the U.S. for college, they worked in restaurants to support their education, discovering a deep appreciation for hospitality. When their family reunited in Tampa, they knew it was time to bring Lebanese cuisine to their new home.
