PRODUCT BRAND PARTNERS For artisans, makers, boutiques, food and beverage, candles, jewelry, home goods, health and beauty, and gift and specialty brands
Step 1 - Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to karmachicmp.com and log in with the credentials from your welcome email. Your dashboard is your command center. Orders, inventory, analytics, and messaging all live here.
Step 2 - Set Up Your Storefront
Before you list a single product, make your storefront shine.
- Upload your brand logo or profile photo. Square format, minimum 500x500px
- Write your brand bio. Share your story, what you sell, and who you serve. Be specific and be yourself.
- Add your contact details and any relevant links
- Optional: Upload a promo video or send us your logo, a short script (300 words or less), and 5-10 product images and we will create one for you
Tip: Storefronts with a complete bio, professional photo, and at least 3 active listings get significantly more visibility on KarmaChic.
Step 3 - Upload Your Products
Click Add New Listing in your dashboard for each product. For every listing include:
- Product title. Be specific and descriptive
- Product description. What is it, what makes it special, what does the customer need to know
- Product images. Minimum 3 photos, well lit, clean background
- Pricing
- Inventory levels
- Product variations (size, color, scent, etc.) if applicable
- Shipping information. Your rates and estimated delivery time
New listings are reviewed before going live. Once approved they are visible to shoppers immediately.
Step 4 - Set Up Your Payouts
Check your email for a separate payout setup link. Connect your payout account before your first sale so there are no delays.
How payouts work:
- Zero commissions. KarmaChic never takes a cut of your sales
- Standard credit card processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (goes to the payment processor, not KarmaChic)
- Payouts issued every Monday and Friday once an item is marked as shipped
Step 5 - Get Visible
- Complete your storefront fully. The more complete your profile the more KarmaChic can promote you
- Tag #karmachic and #likesopretty when you post about your store. We reshare and amplify brand partner content regularly
- Schedule your Meet the Maker feature. A pre-recorded spotlight shared across KarmaChic's Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Add KarmaChic to your iPhone home screen for quick dashboard access: open Safari, go to karmachicmp.com, tap the Share icon, tap Add to Home Screen
SERVICE BRAND PARTNERS For coaches, photographers, realtors, wellness professionals, PR and events, interior designers, consultants, and creative service providers
Step 1 - Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to karmachicmp.com and log in with your credentials. Your dashboard tracks inquiries, client communications, analytics, and messaging.
Step 2 - Set Up Your Storefront
- Upload your logo or professional headshot. Square format, minimum 500x500px
- Write your brand bio. What problem do you solve, who do you serve, what makes you worth booking
- Add your contact details and booking links
- Optional: Send us your logo, a short script, and 5-10 images or clips and we will create a promo video for you
Step 3 - List Your Services
Click Add New Listing for each service offering. Include:
- Service title. Be specific. "Brand Strategy Session 60 Min" performs better than "Consulting Call"
- Service description. What is included, how it works, what the client receives, your turnaround time
- Pricing. Fixed rate, hourly, or package-based. Add tiers (Basic / Standard / Premium) as variations
- Delivery method. In-person, virtual, or both. Include your service area if applicable
- Portfolio images. Minimum 3 visuals that showcase your work or the experience clients can expect
- Availability and booking requirements. Lead time, scheduling details, anything a client needs to know before booking
New listings are reviewed before going live.
Tip: Aim to have at least 3 services live when you launch. More listings means more ways for people to find you.
Step 4 - Set Up Your Payouts
Check your email for your payout setup link. Connect your account before your first booking.
How payouts work:
- Zero commissions. Ever.
- Standard credit card processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- Payouts issued every Monday and Friday once a service is marked complete
- All transactions are reviewed before funds are released
Step 5 - Handle Inquiries Like a Pro
- Watch your dashboard messaging center for new inquiries. All client communication happens here
- Respond within 24 hours. Response time affects your visibility in search results
- Confirm details and set expectations before a booking is finalized
- Mark the service complete in your dashboard once delivered. This triggers your payout
- Set clear cancellation policies and turnaround times in your listings upfront

- Schedule your Meet the Maker feature through your onboarding call
- Tag #karmachic and #likesopretty when posting about your services
- Add KarmaChic to your iPhone home screen for quick dashboard access
RESALE BRAND PARTNERS For consignors, thrifters, and sustainable re-commerce entrepreneurs
Step 1 - Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to karmachicmp.com and log in with your credentials. Your dashboard is where you manage your listings, track views, and monitor performance.
Step 2 - Set Up Your Storefront
- Upload your logo or profile photo. Square format, minimum 500x500px
- Write your shop bio. Tell buyers what you specialize in, your style, and what makes your resale shop worth browsing
- Add your contact details and any relevant links
Step 3 - List Your Items
Click Add New Listing for each item. Include:
- Item title. Be descriptive. Brand, style, size, and condition all help
- Item description. Condition, measurements, any flaws disclosed upfront, and why it is worth buying
- Category. Fashion Consignment or Home Goods Consignment
- Pricing. Flat and fair. No surprise fees stacking up on your end
- Photos. Minimum 3 images showing the item from multiple angles in good lighting

DISCOVERY LISTING For businesses who want a branded presence on KarmaChic without a selling subscription
A Discovery Listing gives you a fully branded storefront on KarmaChic where shoppers and community members can find you, read your story, and connect with you directly. It is the perfect way to get visible and build your audience before you are ready to sell.
What is included in your Discovery Listing:

Discovery Listings do not include selling capabilities. No checkout, no product listings, no transactions. When you are ready to start selling, upgrading is easy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS For all brand partner types. Sell digital downloads and gift cards directly through your storefront
You can sell digital products and gift cards on KarmaChic without any extra apps or setup. This is perfect for wellness guides, eBooks, templates, meal plans, workout programs, photography presets, and more.
How to sell a digital product
Create a new listing in your dashboard just like any physical product. Under Specifications, upload your digital file using the Digital Product File field. Your buyer automatically receives a download link on their order confirmation page the moment they purchase. No manual delivery needed.
Supported file types include PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, and ZIP files.
How to sell gift cards
Design your gift card in Canva using your brand colors and logo. Include your business name, the dollar amount, and a short note like "Redeem at karmachicmp.com/collections/your-store-name." Export as PDF.
Create a new listing called "Gift Card $25" (or your chosen amount), set the price, and upload your PDF as the Digital Product File. Create separate listings for each denomination.
When someone purchases your gift card they receive the PDF automatically. Follow up with a personal email sharing how to redeem it, whether that is a discount code, a booking link, or a direct link to your storefront.
Pro tip: Gift cards are a great way to drive new shoppers to your store. Share them on social before holidays and special occasions.
