Geaux-Tech AI & Digital Services

Getting found is only half the job. The other half is what happens next: the inquiry that waits two days for a reply, the booking link buried three clicks deep, the follow-up that never goes out because you were busy running the business.

Geaux-Tech AI & Digital Services helps small business owners close that gap. Founded by Matthew Payan in Metairie, Louisiana, Geaux-Tech connects marketing, websites, lead follow-up, and everyday business systems so they work as one system instead of separate pieces. The aim is simple: more of the people who find you reach out, and more of the people who reach out take the next step.

Matthew brings both sides of that work. He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a computer science degree from the University of New Orleans, and he has experience in application development and marketing at IBM. He works directly with every client, explains the technology in plain English, and uses practical AI and automation to take repetitive work off the owner's plate. AI does the busywork. You keep the judgment.

For KarmaChic Brand Partners, Geaux-Tech is the agency partner behind Scale Support. It starts with a $500 Systems & Growth Assessment: a review of your messaging, your website and social presence, your search and AI visibility, and the path a customer takes from discovering you to buying. You get a written report with strengths, gaps and prioritized next steps, and it is yours to keep whether or not you move forward.
